Worst pay in the industry. They will work you 10-12 hours shifts 5-6 days a week with no incentives. The salary/hours worked puts you at min wage. Corporate managers have no idea what daily operations look like and constantly push impossible goals. High turnover for all positions due to the work load and low pay. Working here will destroy your career in optical. If you are serious about eye care and eye wear , don’t work here. If you have a family and need work life balance, don’t work here.
