Pros

Easy Job, dr didnt show up so no work.

Cons

Hire you at a salary, but tell you its equally to $xx per hour. Then you start the job and after telling you 40 hours a week, its now 50. Taking your salary well below the promised amount that it broke down to hourly . When you work 50+ hours you still make no extra because your salary. Then you get sick and work 32 hours one week and they deduct 8 hours of pay from your pay check.

Pros

Flexible schedule, you can sit while you work.

Cons

Poor adherence to company policies, Poor communication between upper management and employees, incredibly poor salaries based on the income of the store. Abysmal commission rates, the employees are also extremely undertrained give the sensitivity of their work. Poor adherence to HIPPA policies, you may as well post your personal information on a billboard.

Pros

I am grateful to have a job. It took me six months to find a job (any job) in my area.

Cons

There is no room for growth. If you are asked to cross-train, there is no compensation. Part-time is not flexible because even though there is room to work the schedule with how many other part-time people there are, they will not give you a specific day off consistently because it may show as favoritism. The patient schedule template changes. This location has both remote and doctor. They overload the remote side and then complain why lunch schedules are off and we stay after closing, leading to overtime(which is a no-no), Management has no control over this, it is corporate. Also, cutting hours after being part-time, but also hiring more part-time people. I have also learned that what you apply for, may not be where they have you train.
