*corporate has become unscrupulously greedy penny pinchers in every facet of our daily operations with the onboarding of the new CEO
*payroll is suffocating and forces us to run on a skeleton crew. Corporate is out of touch with amount of payroll dollars needed to run a store efficiently. They are constantly slashing our payroll hours but then blindly wonder why service falls short, low Google ratings and NPS due to wait times or not being able to check in jobs due to LACK OF STAFF, they’ll wonder why employee satisfaction is low (BURNOUT DUE TO EMPLOYEES HAVING TO DO THREE JOBS DUE TO LACK OF PAYROLL)
You can tell corporate all these things…. But nope the vultures don’t care. They’ll say the answer is Greet discover preview! Or professional disengagement! That’s it! That’s your key to success! Not more payroll! Pathetic! This company does NOT CARE about their employees! Only lining their own pockets at the expense of the mental anguish inflicted upon the store level employees with this ludicrous micro-management and penny pinching!
*GMs paid for 40 hours but they tell us to work 45! They love free labor!
*KPIs are now shoved down our throats like never before. You’d think the company is afraid of going bankrupt or something
* STOP OPENING NEW STORES 5 MILES APART FROM EACHOTHER WHEN NEARBY STORES ARE NOT MAKING GOALS AND STILL INCREASING THE GOALS! THEN YOU WONDER WHY EXAM COUNT IS LOW!
*Mexico lab needs to be shut down. They take a month to process many orders.
