      Hours for work are reasonable 8:30am-7pm.

      Cons

      Districts poorly managed, general managers hired with no optical experience. Work is done without a licensed optician on the premises in some store locations. Management encourages work to continue without LDO present to keep orders moving. Drug tests are not required by the company but should be.

      Horrible for students and long hours very little pay

      learned something new depending on the doctor

      Will make you work every position with no salary increase, always travel to other locations when they needed help and they gave me .40 cents raised a year later. I was a student working full time, coming in every Saturday and doing over time yet they wouldn't give me medical benefits etc, and would get mad if I asked for vacation time.
