Pros

Good management that's fair and wants u to do good. Good benefits for FT people. Happy team spirit, coworkers have your back. Good opportunity to get promoted or get a raise by being certified, etc. Sometimes it is very busy, but I actually like that the day goes by so quick.

Cons

Saturday meetings are mandatory so u can't be off for a weekend very often. But when we play Jeopardy for our meeting it's kinda fun. No benefits for part time. Some customers are really rude, bug I guess that's true anywhere.

Wonderful management, reasonable working hours, closed on Sundays, training was proficient and understandable. Enjoyable, organized, and clean workplace! Wonderful experience.

Cons

Minimum wage pay when working as a secretary or technician.
