Not the worst but not the best

Pros

Great learning opportunity to get you into the eye wear industry. They spent a lot of time and effort in their training program. They give good personal eye wear incentives.

Cons

Near minimum wage pay rate. The Company's advertising makes it very difficult to meet their sales goals and you can easily get fired for such reasons if management dislikes you. Management is a bunch of odd people which translates into their management styles. Forget about ever having a Saturday off even for vacation.

The benefits were great once you completed the training you could immediately work in that particular department you had the disire to try other than your previous position

Cons

trying to please every customer unforutately we could meet every body needs as much as we would like to.

At the time we had a very good staff. Great manager, they were flexible with my schedule.

Cons

New management came and values changed. I lost my job from medical reasons and they were very uncaring.
