Discounted eyeglasses and they have a program for people who can’t afford eyeglasses.
Cons
1. They have no respect for staff. 2. The pay is MINIMUM WAGE for staff and they expect everything from them. 3. Staff is expected to not only sell eyeglasses, but fit the patients, CLEAN THE RESTROOMS and ENTIRE FRONT AREA. They do NOT hire cleaning crew because they are cheap 4. Our front store window was broken once and they made me stay all night after hours waiting for someone to repair it. 5. One of our stores didn’t have a GM or AGM for almost a year and they didn’t care. They barely came to help. 6. They don’t respect people’s personal lives or time out requests. 7. They expect you to take courses, exams, get certain grades and scores at the same salary. 8. Upper management is cut throat and demeaning. 9. They work you to death and don’t want to pay OT. 10. Other than discounted eyeglasses, there are zero perks.
