People complain about pay a lot. Divide between business staff and editorial staff

Flexible scheduling and good work-life balance. Changes are being made to address issues at company.

Cons

Awful workspace hinders communication and teamwork, but new office building should help some of those issues. High turnover.

No proper updates - poor management

Pros

Good at talking, will make you feel comfortable.

Cons

Will not reply back, after interview they will take days for 2nd round and then again lost somewhere. Will come back after a month then no hearing back. Poor management.
