Pros

- Great work/life balance. Reasonable hours and expectations around pace of delivering new projects. - Respectable amount of vacation, half day Fridays in the summer and closed the last week of December. - A small company with not too much bureaucracy or red tape. The CEO is pretty transparent and that seems to trickle down through the rest of the executive team. I've seen rules bend or change when needed. - Management solicits advice from all employees and works to eliminate meetings and carve out more time for getting things done.

Cons

- The new office location is a tough commute for me, but at least it's a very nice office.
