Love working here. People and job are great!

I really do. Recently was hired and been here about a month and I couldn’t be happier. I came from a job with little benefits and minimal compensation increases. I do not feel that way about this company. They are going to contribute to paying off my student loans after 3 months of employment, insurance starts 30 days from start, the pay is good and a 403B. As an adult looking forward to retiring before I’m dead, I’m pretty happy with the position I have The work is straight forward. If you are teachable, willing to learn and able to take constructive criticism, you’ll be fine. The system they use to manage their cases is very old but has modern features. Overall, just learning how PRISM (their computer system) works and you’ll be fine. If you can’t, just keep bothering your supervisor for more one on one training or go to HR and they can help find someone to teach you The culture is so refreshing. There is definitely a feel that “no one wants to work overtime, we’re all here for a paycheck but hey, let make this a positive experience for all of us” I have not meet anyone who even gave an inkling of spite, bitterness or toxicity.
