Pros

Reasonable pay and involved in fun campus activities. Great corporate personnel. Company overall is okay, housing options has potential. Just pick your property wisely.

Cons

Poor property management support and accountability, very passive. Area manager is incompetent and enables bad work behavior - no accountability. Adds responsibilities that’s not within your role and cover it as “opportunity of growth”.

Pros

You get housing benefits if you live at an ACC property and get to know your managers if you work at your property.

Cons

If you do not live at an ACC property, you only get paid hourly and no other benefits, My management had favorites and voiced them, and HR did nothing when reporting them. The properties are older, and there are no renovations to improve the quality of the units. You will receive a lot of complaints and the managers will make you handle them and make you tell the parents or residents that they are not available, when they are. Do not recommend.

Great corporates engagement, Responsive HR Team, IT Team is great, large portfolio can lead to numerous growth opportunities. If you want to grow you can you just need to expose yourself to all the opportunities that are available to you.

Cons

Compensation is unbalanced, work life balance is poor, wide variance of work culture at all levels of employment/territories. You are required live on campus so be aware of the commitment level this will require. You work with students which means you also work with parents. Please be aware of the commitment level this will require.
