Great time off but toxic leadership culture

Pros

Generous time off especially during the holidays

Cons

They will torture you until you finally leave. Higher positions and leadership have been there for so long they now consider each other family. So if your supervisor mistreats you in any way, they will not believe you or take your side. Supervisors know that and take full advantage of that. Junior and new employees are often dismissed. Also it's a dead-end job, you will never get promoted and your career path will be unclear.

Pros

Employees really care about the work and are very mission driven. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Frequent shifts in leadership have resulted in changing priorities, and the organization has struggled to maintain a consistent strategic direction. Departments often operate independently, which limits collaboration and alignment.
