Pros

Monthly massages, stocked kitchen, catered lunches

Cons

This place has no structure. Managers aren't empowered to make their own decisions, and there's no sense of ownership for the work you do. You're basically just told what and how to do something. No room to be creative. I'm a current employee and have been looking for work elsewhere for months, and this is a shared sentiment among others. Someone previously wrote that some of the positive reviews about this place are doctored, and it's true. We've been asked to write reviews to counter the negative. Really high turnover as well. Pay is competitive, but the hours and constant nonsense dont justify it. Benefits are mediocre. 401K matching is whenever they feel like it.

Not a bad company but not a great one either

Pros

Free food, I had a great boss in my organization. the facility was always nice and clean. They were strict about Covid and keeping everyone healthy.

Cons

Not progressive enough, the company as a whole was 'dated' and sure could get up to speed with today's technology. Pay was not competitive. Insurance was extremely expensive. The 'old timers' there are all buddy buddy with each other, lots of 'cliques'

Pros

It is a well-structured, organized company. There's free food and drinks every day, complimentary massages, and plenty of company events. The pay is about standard for the industry and there is plenty of work for those who are willing to commit. The management/organizational structure is very simple, follow the proper policy and procedures, use your brain and you really can't go wrong.

Cons

The only downside are the mandatory hours of 7-5. Even with an hour lunch break, that's still 9+ hours per day, which doesn't leave much room for a healthy work-life balance.
