This place has no structure. Managers aren't empowered to make their own decisions, and there's no sense of ownership for the work you do. You're basically just told what and how to do something. No room to be creative. I'm a current employee and have been looking for work elsewhere for months, and this is a shared sentiment among others. Someone previously wrote that some of the positive reviews about this place are doctored, and it's true. We've been asked to write reviews to counter the negative. Really high turnover as well. Pay is competitive, but the hours and constant nonsense dont justify it. Benefits are mediocre. 401K matching is whenever they feel like it.
