Pros

Company encourages open communication between all departments: design, construction and asset management which makes for a better product and happier customer. The office plans activities (in and out of office) on a regular basis so you have a chance to know all your colleague's outside of the day to day environment which really promotes a positive team moral. ACG is a really fun and energetic place to work!

Pros

I have been an employee with ACG going on 7 years. There are many long-tenured employees that work at the Corporate HQ, some as long as 30 years. Leadership is forward-thinking and innovative, and everyone's opinions are valued. ACG sets a high standard in how they do business and I am proud to work for this company, as I feel I'm always growing as an individual. They do offer some great perks as you will see from other reviews. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry, food trucks once a month that the company pays for entirely, fun corporate events, early release days, and a lot of PTO offered each year. ACG is a stable company that has made it through several economic downturns. Really can't say enough good things.

Cons

ACG does not currently offer a work-from-home option for all positions. This would be something that a lot of employees are interested in. However, fully in office does allow for more collaboration.

Pros

I have been so happy working at ACG, I have learned so much since I have worked here. There are so many fun events and opportunities in the workplace that make it really fun to work there. People there are so kind and everyone is very friendly with each other. It is a busy fast-paced environment that pushes you while keeping you busy, I am excited to continue my time here.

Cons

You can end up working some longer hours.
