Pros
I have been an employee with ACG going on 7 years. There are many long-tenured employees that work at the Corporate HQ, some as long as 30 years. Leadership is forward-thinking and innovative, and everyone's opinions are valued. ACG sets a high standard in how they do business and I am proud to work for this company, as I feel I'm always growing as an individual. They do offer some great perks as you will see from other reviews. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry, food trucks once a month that the company pays for entirely, fun corporate events, early release days, and a lot of PTO offered each year. ACG is a stable company that has made it through several economic downturns. Really can't say enough good things.
Cons
ACG does not currently offer a work-from-home option for all positions. This would be something that a lot of employees are interested in. However, fully in office does allow for more collaboration.
