Great staff, camaraderie , interaction with students.

Cons

Run for your life if you're going for a position in Admissions. The Directors pick and choose who will make a successful advisor and who will struggle. The management treats admissions like machines who are not allowed to talk to their co-workers and pretty much either help a student in the office or like they say " smile and dial" or pound the phones. taking time off or calling in sick is taboo. This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Management have no education and lack professionalism , its all about numbers. Lots of favoritism and office politics. Very toxic environment unless you're on the Boss's good side

Pros

Warm fuzzy feelings when a student actually makes it.

Cons

Too many students get nothing but a large debt. There is a huge push to recruit students, not so much to place them. Admissions still just push them into any program and don't really assess the individual's capabilities. The instructors work their butts off to get the student to the finish line even when it is clear that the student is not hireable (because the numbers must be met, not the actual student needs). The organization spends a LOT of money on buildings and looking great and should invest in the teachers.

beautiful campus, locations are up to par, they don't skimp on the façade of their buildings

Cons

unprofessional low-end weak leadership. Still a mom and pop school. In dire need of positive leadership, they only point out all the negatives and have no contingency plan to assist in the growth and development of their talented people or in retaining current talent.
