company provided challenging work which will keep you busy

The tuition re-imbursement plan is a joke. Middle mgmt. doesn't know what they are doing and there is a lot of favoritism. The dept is so busy you don't have time to take breaks. Had to walk in the rain and heat to 3 bldgs so I can talk to students in the hallway about personal issues. I was compared to other campus counter parts who had 1/3 of my responsabilities.
