Pros

I had the privilege of working for this company for a while, and I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent as part of their team. They supported me through the challenges of being a new employee and learning new tasks, offering encouragement, guidance, and genuine care along the way.

Cons

I wish I would have had an opportunity to stay longer, but due to my family I had to leave and be the primary care taker for my husband.

Pros

Pay & salary Good students local campus. Getting experience as a new instructor (although not much, if any, support) as nursing instructor since turnover is rampant.

Cons

No orientation, administration plays favorites, Dean of Nursing minimal experience and does not follow regulations, talks behind people's backs. Nepotism in the department with a faculty member and their mom on staff and her daughter obviously gets preferential treatment.
