What truly sets the college apart is its strong culture of caring for students, staff, and the community. It’s a place where people genuinely support one another, and that makes all the difference.

ACC has come a long way in improving its benefits and supporting a better work-life balance. While there’s still room for growth, it’s encouraging to see the progress that’s been made over time. The direction is definitely positive, and it’s clear that efforts are being made to prioritize employee well-being.

Excellent work environment, culture of caring, good benefits, open to creativity and ideation. Student and associate success are at the heart of ACC. Campuses are clean, beautiful, and modern. They have relationships with many hospitals and healthcare settings.
