Not a bad company but promotions are rare unless you work at corporate

Pros

Great bonus payouts, good down to earth people in the field and on the vessels but corporate is not so friendly, stuffy uptight people

Cons

Promotions are terrible unless you are at the corporate office. Raises are not so good if you work in the non vessel side, vessel personnel get the bigger raises. Promises made during hiring are not kept.
