The company welcomes newcomers, that have not necessarily had experience in the marine industry, and are willing to train.

Cons

There are not many opportunities for growth within the company, unless you are apart of the boat crew (i.e. deckhand, tanker man, pilot, captain).

Leaving family behind for 28 days, Hard on families, insurance is expensive and not that good.
