Nice workers; flexible schedule; exit door

Cons

Everything. Benefits (401k with no employer match/only discretionary and health insurance quality continues to decrease); management; revolving door - people don't stay include a lot the Senior Management team; continued loss of major clients/any new clients are a joke; horrible bonus plan.
