Flexible schedule and meet some great people while my short tenure there

Cons

Unrealistic bonus structure that is based on fees instead of tiers. You will never bonus working for them. If you do bonus is less than 100 dollars

Pros

The culture is the most AMAZING thing about the company. I doubled my salaries in bonus last year.

Cons

There is no reward for hard work. Management often try to talk you off if you ask to be moved to a better product. New hires come in and get better placement than veterans.

Pros

Flexible schedule, good new hire training program.

Cons

A lot of senior management is leaving, decreased quality of clients, decreased bonus payouts, increased cost of health increase. Very unstable!!
