Poor upper management, no training protocol for mid level management employees, a lot of distrust in upper management, no freedom to make recommendations outside of those approved by upper managment

-Good pay -Benefits good -Vacation and sick time off are guaranteed if you need time off than you will more than likely get it. -Work is interesting and growth and promotion possible

Cons

-Rotating Shift schedule very difficult to do and is hard to get used to as well as have work-life balance is hard unless you are a cleaner.

During campaign you end up working 2 weeks 12hr shifts out of the month.

Cons

No room for promotions.. there is alot of favoritism and management lies and says one thing and if the were wrong just walks away without resolution ( parts issues) when reviews co.e along there is no such thing as exceeds expectations..... management hides in their office and says figure it out yourself with no resources... toxic environment.
