Pros

They have several programs to work your way up to more skilled positions in the plants. Solid benefits, and the pay is great compared to other companies in the area. Having a set rotating schedule is nice because you can plan life things easily. You usually get around 14 days off each month with the schedule, plus you get paid time off to use as well.

Cons

The 12-hour night shift can get long and be draining at times.

Company is very top heavy, always someone looking over your shoulder for you to make a mistake so they car write you up, supervisors are very write up happy and out to get there employees, makes them look good. This is why it's like a revolving door.
