      Very fragmented, infrastructure is not strong. Very behind the times of technology. Mostly one manager account no support.

      Pros

      The company is a chef driven company which allows for creativity, scratch cooking and focuses on the food being the selling point. It is a large yet privately owned company which allows for flexibility , advancement within and a large team network. I was with the company for 7 years and left for 4 years. When I returned 2 years ago, I saw so many familiar faces and was welcomed back as though I never left. The company is a great fit for me, a feeling of family and continues to grow.

      The company is growing at fast rate and has a hard time finding good solid employees.

      Exciting, fast paced environment. Every day is different and I get the opportunity to be creative constantly. Plus, free food.

      Team is a little understaffed.
