      Decent bonuses but promotion politics and overwork issues

      Pros

      Bonus structure is decent and there are some good people.

      Cons

      Promotions are based on kissing butt, full time in office even if you do not collaborate with people in your actual office. They like to over work you but then complain and give you more work when you take some downtime in between busy times.
