No chance for promotion once top job title is achieved without a degree or knowing someone. Being down south, racism comes out of some co-workers at times.

Horrible Management! Each manager does whatever they want, no company consistency. Company does not care about their employees, they only care about reports and the numbers on those reports. They've been pushing harder and harder the past several years and the great culture AEP used to have is long gone. This company shovels crap and you have to eat it because they get away with doing whatever they want to do.
