      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. The company truly dedicated to maintaining and improving its culture, and it goes beyond talk. I have witnessed firsthand from VPs on down a culture committed to safety, one another, and its customers. Flexible schedules and vacation/time off adds up quickly. There are a lot of very experienced employees and the Company is working hard to retain knowledge from these employees before they retire. The opportunities abound for young employees that are willing to work hard and listen.

      Cons

      Upward mobility sometimes requires lateral moves to find a department that has room to grow, so you can't just be content doing what you do and staying put.
