The culture st AEP is very negative and employees tend to drag eachother down. A lot of employees have been there for 20 plus years and the overall atmosphere is outdated. If you want to be happy at work, don’t work here.

Horrible Management! Each manager does whatever they want, no company consistency. Company does not care about their employees, they only care about reports and the numbers on those reports. They've been pushing harder and harder the past several years and the great culture AEP used to have is long gone. This company shovels crap and you have to eat it because they get away with doing whatever they want to do.
