Pros
I do like the stability of the job. Your not going to have to worry about losing your job when there will always be a demand for electricity especially in the transmission department. The pay raises are pretty decent. You get one every six months while your on progression.
Cons
My biggest problem is everybody is out to get you. Not a lot of room for advancement. The managers are up in years and falling in line with the company is like a waiting game.
