Pros

-Frankly I am having trouble finding any, the parking spot downtown is nice, but costs an arm and a leg even if you are an employee

Cons

-Contractors beware, if you are getting a job here from TekSystems or any of the other contractor companies they use, your job is disposable and you will be removed when profits need to increase -Doing a great job and having spotless performance reviews won't stop them from removing your position. I was never reprimanded once while working here. I received promotions twice in my 4 years here due to stellar performance. -Before getting laid off they will ask you to renew your contract so you need to take a drug test in order to try to get a "for cause" reason to dismiss you. Even though I passed the drug test and just renewed my contract with them I was given two days notice that my job was ending and given no severance. TekSystems left me high and dry and didn't support their contract at all. This was clearly in the works for months but I was lied to the entire time. This was after giving 4 years of flawless work to this company. -When management is provided as a reference they will not return calls from prospective employers, giving a bad impression to potential future employers -Lots of loopholes to make themselves look like a good ol' American company, but behind the scenes outsourcing and lay offs is done via contract employees so it makes their numbers look good -Bribery of politicians using dark-money groups to receive bailouts, while posting record profits and laying off a tremendous amount of workforce. Currently under investigation from the SEC
