      Pros

      The pay was okay, but really not competitive with much of the industry.

      Cons

      It's useless to be proactive. Leaders get bent out of shape when their employees do better than them, and then the employee gives a proper notice to quit, they take it personally. The company is shrinking and the customers have rate fatigue. Prospective employees, beware.
