Pros
Great work life balance, excellent benefits, good culture, colleagues were easy to work with. Also there is a guaranteed annual raise and bonus the amount of which is performance based.
Cons
It is very difficult to implement Machine Learning solutions within the company because of the requirements placed on models. I have been actively told to avoid certain approaches that would have been the best implementation because it would require so much extra work to document and pass the model through review. I also found the promotion process slow.
