Pros

Work from home flexibility to add and drop hours

Cons

Feedback metric poor. You could have 9s and 10s showing all month and the last night of the month they'd load 10 new feedback scores and you'd lose over half your incentive. When asked how the metrics were designed for weighting never got a straight answer.

Pros

Money is great, incentives, potential to earn commission

Cons

The metric scale is designed for complete failure. I have never worked for a company where my metrics were completely out of my control and left to customer surveys. Managers do not give flexibility in numbers and there is minimal room for growth. Once you are on the phones, that is where you will stay.
