Pros

Good working environment. Colleagues are nice and helpful.

Cons

Limited movement at mid to upper level - career advancement is thus limited. Tenured employees tend to pull their weight around the company, especially senior leaders. Promotion are mostly pre-determined with candidates already in mind. Benefit of lower level employees are ok, with the usual perks. But heard at Director level, they enjoy car, even golf club membership. And nothing is being looked at in regards to the perks they enjoy even though company is going through tough time and cutting cost left right centre.
