Pros

Good pay, Excellent training opportunities, and diversity networks

Cons

Excellent training opportunities but you have to search most of them out, new hires were coming in making $4 more an hour then employees with 3 and 4 years of experience.

hard to move around, secretive department heads, too many politics, stuck up personalities in departments that aren't customer facing (analysts, training, etc)

Pros

Great salary and benefits. The prescription plan offers free maintenance and vitamins.

Cons

No support from team leaders or upper management. Huddle/meetings constantly cancelled due to high call volumes. Customer surveys rank/rate you even though the survey is clearly not yours. You are still countable for the survey.
