Pros

The Culture was decent while I was there. I loved my leader and my coworkers. I worked remote but still had decent camaraderie with other folks in my division.

Cons

Pay was really low for the function. They also have band-level promotion caps that are very unequitable. I got promoted after 2+ years of service and made less money in my role than new hires because new hires didn't have a band-level promotion comp increase cap (obviously). I received 4 "discretionary" raises in my first year in the new role because they kept doing market evaluations and they kept determining that I was under paid.

Pros

career opportunities, professional growth programs, work life balance

Cons

very demanding for sales metrics (this is not really a con but this could create a high stress environment for some people)
