They underpay people in the Philippines that does the same work with US folks. The difference between the cost of living won’t even justify the difference in the salary. Management is also getting worst. First, they change the incentive program in the Philippines but they kept it in the US sites. They also like people to work like robots now. Every minute is counted so if you get a difficult caller, you just suck it up coz they monitor every minute so you can’t take a breather anymore. It’s so sad how one of the most prestigious company to work for in the past became this toxic. They now just treat their employees like garbage.

Work can be a bit bureaucratic at times. But, given the size of the company and the highly regulated industry it operates in, I'd consider it normal.
