Pros

None, there’s no career growth, and the interview is a joke

Cons

No growth, crappy pay, talent isn’t valued. It’s expected when a company isn’t tech first. Management at the EM and Director level are a joke. Whoever voted this place as a top place to work is on that corporate gooberaid

Pros

With a good supervisor, this can be one of the healthiest jobs in the world. Time off, difficult but manageable workloads, a fair PIP with multiple levels that are very fair.

Cons

If you do not get along with your Sueprvisor, this position can quickly turn into a nightmare. I love my team, but I've seen a number of toxic leaders that quiet fire their employees over the smallest disagreements. It may be shallow, but you must play to the ego of those in charge, like many jobs.
