Surveys determine your path in the company Boring environment Stuck on the phone for 7 hours a day listening to customers complain. Very unfair the way they use surveys. If a customer calls someone and that person was not able to help them so they transfer to you that means you get the survey from that customers whole experience. If its bad it will affect your numbers and not that of the person who transferred. Were many times when the survey read she was this and she was that and I am a guy.

No support from team leaders or upper management. Huddle/meetings constantly cancelled due to high call volumes. Customer surveys rank/rate you even though the survey is clearly not yours. You are still countable for the survey.
