Cons
Salary structure is on the lower side compared to other companies of the same level. Technology is outdated compared to industry standards but the level of service and performance expected is extremely high. Most compensation related issues are brushed under the carpet by the HR and management Vast gap in the treatment of Operations and support functions. Company Loyalty is not considered as a trait as HR prefers hiring new inexperienced candidates from external sources at higher packages than promoting internal candidates due to which there is high attrition rate of experienced and potentially loyal employees.
