The paycheck clears Resume booster due to brand prestige

Cons

Unrealistic workloads — regularly expected to work 60+ hour weeks with no acknowledgment Culture of fear and blame, especially around audits and risk escalations Innovation is performative; real change is blocked by red tape Leadership lacks empathy or awareness — completely removed from the trenches Compensation lags behind industry for the volume and complexity of work

Pros

Good leaders at the B35-B45 levels, that try to take care of their colleagues.

Cons

Pay has not kept pace with industry. Far too many roles being offshored to India. Company growth at the sacrifice of colleague satisfaction. Everyone is way overworked and no longer treated well by senior B50+ leadership.

Pros

An amazing company with outstanding benefits and a supportive environment that fosters technical skill development, even for individuals without a prior background in technology.

Cons

Leadership at the director and VP levels is heavily influenced by office politics, where advancement often hinges more on relationships than merit. One VP, in particular, wields outsized influence—I’ve personally heard her speak negatively about colleagues, and it’s widely believed that crossing her can jeopardize your career. Her conduct has fostered a culture of favoritism and distrust, undermining professionalism across her teams. The message is clear: to advance, you align with her. I’m fortunate not to report directly to her—but everyone knows exactly who I mean.
