Pros

Great for Hilton Points. Get a free car. If you just got your license a good starter job.

Cons

No opportunity to make the same income as other account managers in other states. Excessive traveling to end up not getting quota and then being terminated. Florida only focus on union partnerships while the other states have section 125 which allows you to sell to everyone at a school. Terrible leadership from top to the bottom. Florida is a write off state for the company. I was lied to about traveling and how other representatives are being paid. Lied about controlling my own schedule and got alot of heat for taking time off. New opportunities in Florida means going to a school and no one knowing who American Fidelity is and then your expected to sell to no customers. Difficult to get into schools and relying on existing customers to try and make sells. If you want to sell not this position but great for a customer service job.

Pros

Motivated, thoughtful, collaborative to get project work complete

Cons

Significant lack of accountability when decisions are made and shifts blame to their teams, particularly at the leadership level. This issue is compounded by unclear directions, shifting expectations, and a lack of defined priorities. As a result, the teams feels overworked and underpaid while struggling to navigate inconsistent guidance.
