Pros

The company gives a great bonus

Cons

The management is terrible. They discriminate for all kinds of reasons. However, if you've had a military background then this is the place for you. If you've never served in any branch of the military they will try to make you quite. If you are tough enough to make it through the gauntlet then they will come up with excuses to fire you!

Pros

It is important to get asigned "good" accounts. Management has their favorites. If you are their favorite you can make good money, benefits, and trips.

Cons

Ohio Management team is not experienced at all with training, financial products, and only know enough to to be dangerous. Their backgrounds have nothing to do with professional financial structures and basics. They only care about sales and will spend little if any time cultivating solid Account Managers. They 100% will " throw employees up against the wall" those who stick may become their favorites. They will reward them by assigning them to better schools. Better or Newer schools means better money to be made.

Pros

American Fidelity pays their employees pretty good. They offers many benefits and have lots of fun things happening at the home office.

Cons

It's hard to move up in the company and the do not promote from within. They do not value the employee. They used to be a family oriented company but Bill Cameron stepped down and Dave Carpentar took over and family no longer mattered!
