Discount meat, good insurance, great company match for 401k

Cons

IT has several teams that are under poor management. Managers will hand hold and reward individuals who can avoid responsibilities by throwing other team under the bus. Constant fights between teams lead to negative, toxic relationships that will be used to make others looks bad. No one gets in trouble for bad behavior or finger pointing. Overall a non productive environment enveloped in fear and retaliation.
