Employees and employers were decent to workers, good hours lots of jobs decent location the pay was good supervisors always tried to help you and teach you the jobs they put you on

Cons

room for advancement moving you to better jobs that pay more are hard to get to if you cant keep knives sharp hard to do jobs and positions

for every 7th day consecutive work you get paid for double time.

Cons

Management treated poorly, machines always broken down, you may go for months without a day off. Quite often night shift would be there until 2 in the morning.
