Pros

Good culture, decent benefits, it’s better than pharma probably worse than device.

Cons

Despite shah anyone tells you they don’t do raises so make sure it’s a base salary you’re on board with. They withhold information until it’s absolutely necessary to share. There’s a slight good old boys network and you’ll meet a few higher ups who really don’t bring much to the table.

Pros

I have been here almost 2 years, I love the fact that you can talk to your Upper Management like they are your equals, and actually listen to you, and they want to see you succeed in life, the Upper Management will also come around to the centers to check on things and that they really want to know about your concerns.

Cons

Can be extremely busy and long hours because of short staff.

The centers can be very busy, but the managers are awesome. The corp office care about emoloyees. Bonus structure is good

Pay could be better. Other than that AHI was an awesome company
