Amazing work life balance. Flexible schedule. Relaxed Environment.

Cons

The pay range is quite low as compared to the market rate. Employees do not feel fairly compensated for their efforts, the manager bluntly tells you this is good enough when you try to negotiate pay during appraisal.

Cons

Performance reviews were bogus. People point fingers and transfer blame. Management hired buddies from other companies to come in and ride coattails of developers
